Right across the river from downtown Augusta, where Blanchard & Calhoun was founded, lies Hammond’s Ferry and North Augusta’s ground-breaking riverfront development. We’re proud to have represented those involved with the sale of the land, to have helped raise funds in partnership with the city of North Augusta, and to continue to list the beautiful homes within Hammond’s Ferry.

Hammonds Ferry has developed so much over the past few years. Make sure to catch a Green Jackets game at the newly developed SRP Park.
